The NRC shop is operated by IDÉ House of Brands. The shop is set up so that you can buy visibility items and clothing branded with the NRC logo.

Personal information

IDÉ House of Brands collects the information you voluntarily give us when you use the service, for example when you register as a customer in the NRC shop. The information you provide to us is necessary for us to manage your customer relationship, and you can not complete an account and/or a purchase without providing the following information:
For account creation we ask for: E-mail address, First name and Last name.
To complete a purchase, we ask for: Delivery address and telephone number.

Other information

Certain information is collected by most browsers or your device automatically. This includes: IP address, device, language, and which browser you are using. We also operate with cookies, where a session-ID is stored that is necessary for us for the online store to work. You can f.ex add items to the shopping cart, log off and return to the same shopping cart the next time you log in.

How long do we store your information?

IDÉ House of Brands AS will retain information that you have provided to us for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated in the terms of purchase of the service. IDÉ House of Brands AS will delete the personal information when IDÉ House of Brands AS has handled your inquiry, fulfilled an agreement, or when IDÉ's legal obligation has been fulfilled, or when you withdraw your consent by contacting us as explained below. If you have not been a paying customer in the NRC shop in the last two years, all your personal information and account in the shop that is registered with us will be deleted. Exceptions for deletion are for IDÉ House of Brands AS to be able to fulfill legal obligations such as for accounting reasons.
