NORCAP visibility items are available for ordering only by authorized NORCAP staff members and must be approved by budget holder

ORDERING PROCEDURES:

1. Access to the NORCAP visibility items ordering page is through the NRC Shop icon on OKTA.

2. Make sure to get approval from the budget holder before placing your order. All orders are routed for approval ahead of shipments to your desired location.

3. Please provide the complete shipping information (delivery address, complete contact information of recipient and/or main focal point of the order). Approved project number must be provided for all order/shipping costs.

4. Place your order well in advance, especially for international shipping. You are encouraged to order your visibility items directly to your location. NORCAP visibility items will no longer be located at Head Office and the supply chain is outsourced.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on which products are selected as well as country of destination; from 2-3 days for neighbouring countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances. Our supplier (IDE Group) usually indicates the estimated delivery time in the order confirmation. Delivery delays can be due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance or high demand.

5. Please note that your order will be processed as soon as it has been approved by the budget holder and the complete shipping information has been provided.
