The official NRC field vest

NRC’s identity creates consistency, that in turn, builds recognition and trust. To ensure that everyone in NRC represents it the same way every time we interact with people in the field, donors clients, stakeholders, and customers, we have developed the new and official NRC field vest, that we encourage everyone to use from now on.

The official NRC field vest is unique for many reasons. It is made with sustainable materials with a maximum quality, and it has been made under demanding quality controls throughout the supply and production chain, respecting each one of the ethical requirements and standards of quality and sustainability. The most important added value is that this vest is an item completely handmade by young Syrians who participate in NRC’s education program in Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan. Through the KAAR project they are provided with accredited learning opportunities within the camp community.

By purchasing and using the new NRC official field vest, you are providing opportunities for young Syrian women and men to gain a livelihood and be productive members of their communities. And you are helping to ensure that NRC’s identity stay strong as well.

NRC’s identity isn’t just a logo, a tagline, or even a name, though those are all important ways that identity is expressed. NRC’s identity is its purpose, vision, mission, and values. In other words, it’s the beating heart that informs everything our organisation does and stands for, not just what it looks like from the outside. So, help us build a stronger NRC identity! Place your order for new field vests for your country programme, today!
