SHIPPING SERVICE UPDATE
We are pleased to inform you that DHL has restarted its shipping services to Ukraine.
DHL shipment services to Iran, Afghanistan, Russia and Syria are still suspended, which is why we are also not accepting shipments of orders to those NRC country programmes. The same applies to shipments to Duhok in Iraq, Erbil is an alternative address for delivery.
As part of this suspension, DHL Express has also decided to stop its domestic services within those countries, effective September 1st, 2022. We will keep you updated about any further developments. Please find also here detailed overview on temporary service adjustments for DHL Express Time Definite International services arising from the COVID-19 pandemic situation as of the 10 of Feb 2023.
